Biography
Samer Harb is a dual-qualified lawyer with over 22 years of experience in complex litigation, international arbitration, corporate advisory, and insolvency matters. He is admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and as an Attorney-at-Law with the Beirut Bar Association. He is also a licensed Bankruptcy Trustee in Lebanon and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
As Partner at Samir Harb & Partners, Samer advises clients across the commercial, construction, and insolvency sectors, handling high-value disputes and transactions. He has represented clients in numerous national and international arbitration proceedings and provides strategic counsel on mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance. His litigation practice includes representation in complex commercial, banking, real estate, construction, insurance, labor, and enforcement disputes.
